Clause 4 [Restrictions as to fences at dangerous corners]:

THE EARL OF PLYMOUTH moved, in paragraph (a) of subsection (1), to leave out "part of a permanent building" and insert "a wall forming part of the structure of a permanent edifice." The noble Earl said: I beg to move this Amendment in the absence of my noble friend Lord Peel. It is a purely drafting Amendment.
