My Lords, I have to ask your Lordships' leave to introduce certain Bills of a consolidating character, and to move that they be read a first time. The first is the Law of Property (Consolidation) Bill, which is a Bill to consolidate the enactments relating to conveyancing and the law of property in England and Wales.
