Page 10, lines 11 and 12, leave out (" the Commons House ") and insert ("both Houses ")

Page 10, line 13, leave out (" that House ") and insert (" this House ").

THE LORD CHANCELLOR:

My Lords, when your Lordships put in " both Houses " I think you were under the impression that the Orders to which this related were Orders which might touch something other than finance. The Commons retain the view that the drafts of these Orders should be laid before them alone as they merely affect the continuation or the amount of the Exchequer contribution.
