HL Deb 04 May 1921 vol 45 c150

Order of the Day for the Second Reading read.

LORD SOMERLEYTON

My Lords, this Bill is exactly similar to one which your Lordships were pleased to pass the other day. It refers simply to the piers of the districts of Belfast, Coleraine, Londonderry and Portrush. I do not think any explanation is required, but I am quite willing to go into details if there is a desire that I should do so.

Moved, that the Bill be now read 2ª.—(Lord Somerleytan.)

On Question, Bill read 2ª.
