HL Deb 28 June 1921 vol 45 cc836-7

Read 3ª(according to Order)

THE FIRST COMMISSIONER OF WORKS (THE EARL OF CRAWFORD)

My Lords, this is essentially a Money Bill and in order to safeguard "privilege" it is necessary to move a privilege Amendment. It is, of course, anticipated that the Amendment will not remain in the Bill and that the measure will pass in the terms in which it is now before us. I beg to move that the privilege Amendment be made.

Moved accordingly, and on Question, Amendment agreed to.

Bill passed, and sent to the Commons.
