HL Deb 26 July 1921 vol 43 c3
THE LORD CHANCELLOR (VISCOUNT BIRKENHEAD)

My Lords, I beg to make the Motion standing in my name. I need not trouble your Lordships with the reason for this motion, beyond saying that a technical omission has been discovered in this Bill, the rectification of which makes this course necessary.

Moved, That the Bill be proceeded with notwithstanding anything in Standing Order No. 176.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Motion agreed to, and ordered accordingly.

House in Committee (according to Order): Bill reported without amendment.
