Clause 5:

Richard Graves Adamson to pay permanent alimony to Eily Kathleen Adamson.

5.—The said Richard Graves Adamson shall pay to the said Eily Kathleen Adamson permanent alimony at such rate as the High Court of Justice in Ireland or the High Court of Justice in Southern Ireland may from time to time decree.

Richard Graces Adamson not to intermarry with any offending party.

6.—It shall not be lawful for the said Richard Graves Adamson to intermarry with any woman on account of whose adultery with him his marriage with the said Eily Kathleen Adamson is dissolved by this Act.
