§ LORD SOMERLEYTON rose to move, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Bishop's Stortford Harlow and Epping Gas and Electricity Company, which was presented on the 10th August (Cmd 1454), be approved. The noble Lord said: I beg to move the Resolution standing in my name. Nine Orders under this section having been already approved, thirteen others are now submitted for approval. There is no Amendment to any of them, except the last one, and that is a drafting one.
