§ The Committee considered an application brought before them by the Lord Chairman for the accommodation of the Empire Parliamentary Association in the House of Lords precincts. After considerable discussion the matter was referred to a Sub-committee of the Lords following together with the Lord Chairman of Committees, viz.:—
- Earl Curzon of Kedleston (Lord President).
- Marquess of Lincolnshire.
- Viscount Harcourt.
- Lord Finlay.
- Lord Lambourne.
