Repeal 18 & 19 Vict. c. 23.

3. Section four of the Intestate Moveable Succession (Scotland) Act, 1855, and the definition of "moveable estate" in section nine thereof are hereby repealed.

The only Amendment which I have to move to this Bill is merely a drafting Amendment.
