HL Deb 14 August 1919 vol 36 c944
THE EARL OF CRAWFORD

I suggest that the House should now adjourn until twelve o'clock to-morrow. It is proposed that the first Order to-morrow should be the Committee stage of the Welsh Church Bill, and that the Second Reading of the Profiteering Bill should be the second Order. That Bill is expected shortly from the House of Commons. If possible—I do not know whether it will be possible—we shall deal to-morrow with the Commons Amendments to the Lords Amendments to the Transport Bill. I do not think it would be convenient to your Lordships that a sitting should be held on Saturday. It is therefore proposed that the Committee stage of the Profiteering Bill should be the first Order, or at least one of the first Orders, on Monday next.
