HL Deb 08 May 1918 vol 29 c1009
THE EARL OF KINTORE

My Lords, this Bill has now become a very modest one. Its provisions, as amended in Committee, are merely to authorise the making of agreements as to the constitution of the Joint Trust, and also the making of agreements with local authorities for the supply of electricity within the area of supply of the company. I beg to move.

Moved, That the Bill be now read 3a.—(The Earl of Kintore.)

On Question, Bill read 3a; Amendments made; Bill passed and sent to the Commons.
