THE EARL OF KINTOREMy Lords, this Bill has now become a very modest one. Its provisions, as amended in Committee, are merely to authorise the making of agreements as to the constitution of the Joint Trust, and also the making of agreements with local authorities for the supply of electricity within the area of supply of the company.
