HL Deb 02 August 1918 vol 31 c462
EARL CURZON OF KEDLESTON

My Lords, in accordance with a promise which I gave to my noble friend Lord Inchcape to provide an oppertunity, if possible, for an important Motion which he desires to make on Monday, I have arranged to take his Motion as the first Order of the day, on the understanding which he gave me, that the debate which he proposes to initiate shall not occupy more than an hour. We will therefore take his Motion at 3.30 on Monday, and at 4.30 proceed with the Report stage of the Education Bill.

[From Minute of August 1.]
