My Lords, this Bill has for its object the placing of constables of the Royal Irish Constabulary and the Dublin Metropolitan Police who are Reservists or join the Navy or Army in the same position as English police constables in like circumstances were placed by the Bill which your Lordships recently passed for England. I beg to move.
