HL Deb 17 November 1914 vol 18 c64

THE EARL OF HALSBURY had the following Notice on the Paper—namely, To call attention to the various acts of high treason alleged to have been committed in this country, and to ask whether His Majesty's Government have investigated the facts alleged, and, if they have been accurately alleged, why no indictment for high treason has been preferred. The noble Earl said: My Lords, I also ask leave to postpone my Notice, as I am unwilling to interfere with the present tone of mind of the House.

House adjourned at Five o'clock, till To-morrow, half-past Ten o'clock.
