§ LORD LATYMER had given notice to ask His Majesty's Government whether they would appoint a Committee to inquire into the status of the Royal Marines in His Majesty's Forces and to make such recommendations as might appear necessary. The noble Lord said: My Lords, I have been asked by the noble Lord opposite, Lord Wimborne, to postpone the Question, and I gladly accede to the request.
