§ Message from the Commons that they have appointed a Select Committee of Five Members to join with a Committee of this House to consider and report whether any, and if any, what restrictions should be imposed on Gas Authorities with respect to the purchase and manufacture of the residual products resulting from the manufacture of gas by other Gas Authorities, or of other chemicals; and request this House to appoint an equal number of Lords to be joined with the Members of their House.
