My Lords, I have received a telegraphic Message from the President of the Senate of Cuba as follows— The Senate of the Republic of Cuba in session held yesterday resolved unanimously to express its condolence through the honourable House of Lords to the English nation for the loss of life in the terrible disaster on the ss. 'Titanic.' I presume that your Lordships would desire that I should send an appropriate reply.
