HL Deb 13 December 1911 vol 10 c898
THE LORD PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL (VISCOUNT MORLEY)

My Lords, in regard to the course of business; it is proposed, for the convenience both of your Lordships and of the other House, that a morning sitting of this House should be held at noon to-morrow for the purpose of taking the Third Reading of the Small Landholders (Scotland) Bill should the Report stage of that Bill be concluded in the proceedings of this evening. I have reason to understand that this will be for the convenience of both sides of this House. Then the other business would be taken at 4.30 as usual.
