HL Deb 06 December 1911 vol 10 c656
THE LORD PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL (VISCOUNT MORLEY)

My Lords, before the House proceeds to consider the other business on the Paper, it might suit your Lordships' convenience if I mention that we propose to take the Second Reading of the House Letting and Rating (Scotland) Bill at a morning sitting on Friday next, when the House, we propose, should meet at noon. It is not necessary for me to remind your Lordships that we had originally intended to take the Naval Prize Bill this week if it had reached us from another place, but the consideration of that measure has been postponed until next week. The Bill is expected to come up to your Lordships' House from the other House either tomorrow or on Friday.
