§ THE FIRST COMMISSIONER OF WORKS (EARL BEAUCHAMP)This is a privilege Amendment which deals with charges upon the Consolidated Fund. It was agreed to by your Lordships on the Second Reading, but it went down to the other House in the curious way in which privilege Amendments are generally dealt with in this place.
