HL Deb 17 November 1909 vol 4 c666

Order of the Day read for the consideration of Commons Amendments to Lords Amendments, and Commons Consequential Amendments and Commons Reasons for disagreeing to several of the Lords Amendments.

THE EARL OF CREWE

We placed the Notice for the consideration of these Amendments on the Paper for to-day, but I think, in view of various discussions which have taken place, it will be better to postpone their consideration, if the House will agree, until Friday. I propose, therefore, that the House should not sit to-morrow except Judicially, as there is no business on the Paper, but that we should meet at twelve o'clock on Friday for the purpose of considering the Commons Amendments to the Lords Amendments to the Housing and Town Planning Bill.

House adjourned at half-past Eight o'clock, till To-morrow, half-past Ten o'clock.
