§ THE LORD PRIVY SEAL AND SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES (THE EARL OF CREWE)My Lords, I desire to state, for the information of your Lordships, that the King will present Colours to certain Territorial units at Windsor on Saturday, June 19, and I have it in command from His Majesty to state that the King will be glad if any members of the House will attend who desire to do so. I understand that a notice will be placed on the Minutes of the House giving information as to how those noble Lords who desire to attend will be able to make arrangements to do so.
