§ The King's answer to the Address of Thursday last reported by the Lord Steward (E. Beauchamp) as follows—
§ I have received your Address, praying that I will make the Order in Council under the Military Manœuvres Act, 1897, a draft of which was presented to your Lordships' House on February 16 last.
