§ Message from the Commons, that they have ordered that the Committee appointed by them to join with the Committee of this House to consider the state of business in the King's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice, and whether any increase is desirable in the number of the Judges of that Division, do meet the Lords Committee in Committee Room C. on Monday next, at a quarter before Four o'clock, as proposed by their Lordships.
