§ Message from the Commons for leave for the Lord Harris to attend to be examined as a Witness before the Select Committee of that House: Leave given to the Lord Harris to attend the said Committee if his Lordship think fit, and his Lordship consenting thereto, a message sent to the Commons to acquaint them therewith.
