§ Message from the Commons that they have appointed a Committee to consist of Five Members to join with a Committee of this House to consider the state of business in the King's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice, and report thereon; and whether any increase is desirable in the number of Judges of that Division, and to make such recommendations as they see fit, and request this House to appoint an equal number of Lords to be joined with the members of their House.
