§ Moved, That this House do concur in the Resolution communicated by the Commons, viz.: "That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of Lords and Commons be appointed to consider the state of business in the King's Bench Division of the High Court, and report thereon, and whether any increase is desirable in the number of Judges of that Division, and to make such recommendations as they see fit."—(The Lord Chancellor.)
