My Lords, it is desirable that the Army (Annual) Bill should be read a first time before the Easter recess, that it may be printed, circulated to your Lordships, and dealt with immediately after the House reassembles on April 20. I therefore move that the House do adjourn until Wednesday next. Moved, That the House do adjourn until Wednesday next, except for judicial business.—(The Earl of Crewe.)
