His Majesty's Answer to the Address of 29th October last, delivered by the Lord Steward (E. Beauchamp) and read as follows:—

"I have received your Address, praying that No. 25 of the Regulations under the Old-Age Pensions Act, 1908, which have been laid before Parliament may be annulled. I shall give directions in accordance with your Address."

The LORD CHANCELLOR informed the House that he had received from the Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court of Justice, a certificate under the seal of the said Court, stating that the right hon. John Baron Dormer, of 8, Queensberry Place, Queen's Gate, in the county of London, being a Peer of the Realm, was adjudicated bankrupt on the 13th day of July, 1908. The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
