The Lord CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the certificate from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:—Glyncorrwg Urban District Council.

The same was ordered to lie on the Table.

Rochdale Corporation Bill; Seaham Harbour Dock Bill.—Read 2a, and committed.

Cambrian Railways Bill [H.L.].—Read 2a (according to order).

Highgate Hill Tramways Bill [H.L.].—The CHAIRMAN of COMMITTEES informed the House that the Promoters do not intend to proceed further with the Bill; Order of the Day for the Second Reading read, and discharged. Ordered, that the Bill be not further proceeded with.

Bognor Gas Light and Cock Company Bill [H.L.]; Swansea Valley Gas Bill [H.L.].—Read 3a, and passed, and sent to the Commons.

Derby Gas Bill.—Read 3a, with the Amendments; and passed, and returned to the Commons.
