LORD WENLOCK

My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend, Lord Fortescue, I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for War whether, when the guns are issued to the Territorial Army, there will be issued with them a proper complement of the range finders, signalling apparatus, and other equipment necessary for the training and efficiency of the batteries; and, if not, will he inform County Associations how much of this necessary equipment they will have to provide for themselves.

THE EARL OF PORTSMOUTH

As regards this matter, I have to inform my noble friend that all the necessary technical equipment will be provided by the War Office as soon as it is available.

House adjourned at twenty-five minutes past Five o'clock, till To-morrow, half-past Ten o'clock.
