§ Moved, that there be laid before the House a Return showing the comparative strength in First Class battleships less than twenty-five years old; armoured cruisers less than twenty years old; and destroyers built and building of Great Britain, the United States of America, France, Germany, and Japan, on 1st April, 1908, (The Earl of Cawdor); agreed to, and ordered accordingly.
