Return in pursuance of Section 4 of the Regulation of Railways Act, 1889, of railway servants of certain classes who were on duty on the railways of the United Kingdom for more than twelve hours at a time, or who, after being on duty more than twelve hours, were allowed to resume work with less than nine hours rest, showing: (1) Periods of duty from start to finish without any deductions; (2) Periods of duty after deduction of time spent in travelling home after relief; with Appendices giving additional statements and explanations furnished by the railway companies—
