§ 1. High Court of Justice (King's Bench, Common Pleas, and Exchequer).—Second schedule containing a list and particulars of classes of documents belonging to the late Courts of King's Bench, Common Pleas, and Exchequer Divisions of the High Court of Justice which are not considered of sufficient public value to justify their preservation in the Public Record Office.
§ 2. (War Department).—Seventh schedule containing a list and particulars of classes of documents pertaining to the department of His Majesty's principal Secretary of State for War and deposited in the Public Record Office which are not considered of sufficient public value to justify their preservation therein.
