, who had given notice "To call attention to the Answers given by the Under-Secretary for War to Questions addressed to him on Monday the 29th of April last regarding the 'hoped for' 'speculative' Territorial Army; and further, to give the Answers to the Questions to which the Undersecretary failed to reply," said: My Lords, I have been asked by my noble friend Lord Portsmouth to postpone the Notice standing in my name until after Whitsuntide. I shall be very glad to do so.
