The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:—Local Government Provisional Orders (No. 10).

Also the Certificate that no further Standing Orders are applicable to the following Bill:—Post Office Sites.

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.

Swansea Harbour Bill.—Reported, with Amendments.

Llandrindod Wells Gas Bill.—The King's consent signified; and Bill reported, with Amendments.

Sheffield Corporation Bill [H. L.]; Kensington Borough Council (Superannuation) Bill [H.L.]; Tynemouth Corporation (Water) Bill [H.L.]. —Commons Amendments considered, and agreed to.

Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Bill. —Read 3a, with the Amendments; and passed, and returned to the Commons.

Annfield Plain and District Gas Bill. — Read 3a, with the Amendments; a further Amendment made; Bill passed, and returned to the Commons.

Metropolitan Water Board (Various Powers) Bill. —Brought from the Commons, read la, and referred to the Examiners.

Pasley Children Legitimisation Bill [H.L.].—Returned from the Commons agreed to, with an Amendment. The said Amendment considered, and agreed to.
