Orders made by the Light Railway Commissioners, and confirmed by the Board of Trade—

I. Amending the East Sussex Light Railway Orders, 1901 and 1905.

II. Reviving the powers granted and extending the periods limited by the Central Essex Light Railway Orders, 1901 to 1905, for the compulsory purchase of lands and extending the periods limited by those orders for the completion of the railways and works thereby authorised.

Order made by the Light Railway Commissioners, and modified and confirmed by the Board of Trade, authorising the Wolverhampton and Cannock Chase Railway Company to construct and work their authorised railways as a light railway under the Light Railways Act, 1896, and for other purposes.

Presented (by Command), and ordered to lie on the Table.
