Commons Amendments considered (according to Order).

LORD HAMILTON OF DALZELL

My Lords, these are not really Commons Amendments. The Amendment is one which was moved in this House by the noble Lord opposite (Lord Balfour of Burleigh), and in accordance with the form of Parliament, as it affected money it was moved again in the House of Commons, and has now come back for your Lordships' formal approval. I beg to move that the House do now agree with the Commons Amendments.
