§ The LORD CHANCELLOR informed the House that he had received from the Judge of the Bankruptcy Court in Ireland a certificate that the Earl of Clancarty, who sits in this House as Viscount Clancarty, was adjudicated a bankrupt on the 24th June, 1907.
