Treasury minutes, dated November 2nd, 1906, granting a retired allowance to Francis Hancock, sorting clerk and telegraphist, Post Office, under Section 2 of the Superannuation Act; declaring that James Joy, labourer, Royal Gun Factory, War Office, was appointed without a Civil Service certificate through inadvertence on the part of the head of his department.
