His Majesty's answer to the Address of the 11th instant, delivered by the Lord Chamberlain (V. Althorp), and read as follows:—
I have received your Address, praying that I will make the Order in Council under the Military Manœuvres Act, 1897, a draft of which was presented to your Lordships' House on the 22nd February last.
I will comply with your advice.
