My Lords, in accordance with the practice which has usually prevailed in this House in respect to the Consolidated Fund Bill, I propose, with your Lordships' permission, to pass it through all its stages to-day, as the Royal Assent must be given to it tomorrow. I therefore beg to move that Standing Order XXXIX. be considered in order to its being suspended for this day's sitting.
