The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificates from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have not been complied with:—Folkestone, Sandgate, and Hythe Tramways (No. 1); Folkestone, Sandgate, and Hythe Tramways (No. 2).

Also the Certificates that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:—County of Durham Electric Power Supply [H.L.]; Newcastle-upon-Tyne Electric Supply [H.L.]; Knott End Railway (Extension of Time) [H.L.]; Railway Clearing System (Superannuation Fund)[H.L.].

And also the Certificate that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have not been complied with:—Mullingar, Kells, and Drogheda Railway [H.L.].

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.

West Yorkshire Tramways Bill [H.L.]. Presented, and read 1a.

Dover Harbour Board Bill [H.L.] Reported, with Amendments.

Norwich Union Life Insurance Society Bill [H.L.] Read 2a, and committed.
