LORD DENMANMy Lords, on behalf of my noble friend who represents the Board of Trade in this House (the Earl of Granard) I beg to move that the Earl Beauchamp be added to the Select Committee. I am given to understand that owing to the regrettable absence, through indisposition, of Lord Balfour of Burleigh it has been found necessary to obtain the services of another Member.
