My Lords, it is usual at this period of the session to go through the Standing Orders with a view to their revision, and it is proposed to make the alterations set forth on the Paper. These Amendments have been on the Order Paper of your Lordships' House for some days, and I have no doubt I hose interested have studied them. In these circumstances I do not think it is necessary for me to explain their purport. I beg to move that the Standing Orders be amended as set forth.
