My Lords, I beg to move that the Bill be now read a third time. In doing this, I should like to express my thanks to your Lordships for the courtesy extended to me during last night's debate, and my especial thanks to Lord Ashbourne for his very kind assistance in dealing with the new clauses rendered necessary in respect to the compromise arrived at concerning this Bill. I hope we have now come to a complete agreement upon it.
