§ Regulations, dated 22nd February, 1906, made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department in pursuance of Section 8 of the Penal Servitude Act, 1891, applying the provisions of the regulations dated 20th June, 1896, relating to the measuring and photographing of prisoners, to any alien in respect of whom a certificate has been given under Section 3 (1) of the Aliens Act, 1891.
