LORD BALFOUR OF BURLEIGHI beg to ask the President of the Board of Agriculture whether it is expected soon to publish the Report of the Small Holdings Committee.
§ EARL CARRINGTONI received the Report of Lord Onslow's Committee on Friday last. It was presented to both Houses of Parliament at once, and was ordered to be printed. I sent a message to to the printers yesterday urging them to issue the Report at the earliest possible moment. The printers say that they are overwhelmed in other work, but I hope that the Report will be circulated in the course of the next few days.
