*THE UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WAR (The Earl of DONOUGH-MORE)My Lords, the two Amendments standing in my name have been 1353 drafted in accordance with the request made at the previous stage by the noble Lord behind me, Lord Muskerry, who pointed out that there was a certain medal which he did not think was covered by the Bill. It was certainly our object that the Bill should cover such a medal, and I beg to move these Amendments to make that clear.
